| Project Name: Keeler Motor Car Project Description: Construction of over 85,000 SF of Automotive Sales and Service facilities for high-end new car dealerships, seven car lines in all. The projects included new facilities for Mercedes Benz, BMW, Land Rover, Jaguar and Mini Cooper. Additions & renovations were also performed for Volvo, Honda & their Body Shop facilities Unique Features: Each car line has their own identity thus a variety of high-end materials and finishes went into all of the facilities. Challenges: Troy Management Group, Inc. started in 1995 with a new 32,000 SF state of the art Mercedes Benz facility with a budget of $3.5 million. In the years following Troy Management Group, Inc. has managed nine additional projects all while keeping their $100 million a year business up and running. |
