| Project Name: Our Lady of Victory Church Project Description: 11,300 SF Single-Story Masonry Building Addition.Construction Budget of $1,700,000 including renovations.Combination of flat & pitched roofs with cathedral ceilings. Unique Features: New gathering space, sanctuary and nave with seating in the round. 28’ tall cathedral ceilings, custom stained-glass windows, porcelain tile, fractured block and pre-cast lintels. Challenges: Troy Management Group, Inc. was hired late in the process after the initial bids were 60% over budget. We assembled a new team including a different Architectural firm. Through “value-engineering”, utilizing eighteen prime contractors and a number of suppliers we brought this project in with-in budget and allowed the owner $120,000 in upgrades. |
