| Project Name: Town of Brunswick Project Description: Located at the intersection of NYS Route 7 and Town Office Road, this is the new Town Hall construction for the Town of Brunswick, NY. Unique Features: The building includes a combination of brick, glass and wood siding at the facade. We incorporated the monitor with clear-story glass above the Town Office space. High-end finishes have also been included. The pricing allowed for wood ceilings at the courtroom & lobby, wainscot at the courtroom walls, terrazzo floors at common spaces, tile at restrooms and glass curtain wall at the lobby at the conference room area. Challenges: The site selected was a mostly vacant parcel located along the southern side of Route 7 at the intersection of Town Office Road. Site development needed to include the installation of water service, gas service, storm drainage system, asphalt pavement, granite curbs, planting and brick pavers. |
