| Project Name: Plaza 7, LLC Project Description: Located just off Troy-Schenectady Road (NY Route 7) in the Town of Colonie (Latham), NY this project consists of the construction of a new 10,000 square foot, one-story office building for Rosewood Builders with four tenant spaces and a 20,000 square foot, two-story office building shell. The exterior walls shall be load-bearing metal stud construction and structural steel framing. The roof construction shall be open-web bar joist, metal roof deck and single-ply membrane roof system with internal drains. Completed Work: The preliminary site work and subsequent excavation work has commenced as of the first week in August. Excavation work is proceeding from the southwest corner, north to a point just short of northwest corner. To date the footing crew has approximately 90% of the footing forms in place. Upon delivery of the rebar on August 10, installation should begin immediately and the anchor bolt survey has been scheduled for the date of August 17. Upcoming Work: The pouring and backfilling of footings and foundations has been scheduled for completion by end of the third week in August and the steel erection is slated to begin immediately thereafter in the last week of August. |
